One-on-one Mobile & Studio location Pilates/Personal training with Serene Wilken, certified Pilates instructor, and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.
Each client commits to either a 3 or 6-month program which includes workout programming, individual sessions, and wellness coaching.
She designs a program for you that is custom for your body and modified to your ability. Each session will progress you to the next in a safe and controlled manner. She works with you to create and rekindle the flexibility, posture, and strength to your body starting with your core structure.
Pilates sessions have a unique quality of movement instead of quantity of reps. Serene's method is effective in sculpting your physique and creating body control through a full body workout.
