She designs a program for you that is custom for your body and modified to your ability. Each session will progress you to the next in a safe and controlled manner.

Serene's method is effective in building a mind-body connection, breath practice, as well as creating body control through a full-body workout. All workouts are virtual and minimal equipment required.
